Emplazamiento, espacios.
Horarios para ingleses, con lo cual nuestros horarios de comida tradicionales son dejados de lado y nos encontramos con que no había posibilidad de comer o de cenar cuando bajamos al restaurante.

Increíble ubicación y atención del personal
¡La ubicación del alojamiento y la atención del personal son inmejorables! Tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante nos atendieron fantásticamente, destacar la amable atención de Xisca en recepción y Julio en el restaurante. Nuestra habitación tenia la terraza más grande de todo el hotel con dos cómodas hamacas y zona con butacas, la cama era enorme y todos los amenities de la habitación eran de calidad. También disfrutamos de la sauna y el baño turco de la zona wellness, sencillo pero muy agradable, limpio y moderno. Las vistas al mar del restaurante son un placer y el servicio de desayuno es muy completo.
Con respecto al funcionamiento del sistema de mesa reservada en el desayuno comentar que puede ser algo incómodo si no bajas a desayunar pronto. En nuestro caso tuvimos que esperar a que la maitre nos otorgara una mesa, unos 20 min, y para cuando nos sentamos solo quedaban 5 min para retirar el buffet. También comentar que es abusivo cobrar 3,20€ por un cafe con leche del bar durante el servicio de desayuno incluido.

Por el precio, me esperaba un poco más de las habitaciones.

Esperaba más para el precio del alojamiento
La gentileza del personal de recepción.
Falta de una limpieza bien hecha de las habitaciones, se saltaron el cartel de no molestar y entraron igual, no hubo ayuda a la hora de bajar las valijas. Puerta del cuarto súper pesada. Lejos de calas más bonitas de Mallorca.
